What is one minute?
How much difference does each person feel about time?
The participants take turns to stand for a minute in front of others
With the most neutral and natural posture
When the participant is ready
The instructor starts timing the stand
To do the timing
The one who is standing
As well as all other participants do not use any help from any device for timing
Instead, they should time the minute in their way
And to feel the length of a minute
When the standing one think a minute is past
The participant should indicate the instructor to stop timing
All other participants should review
How long does the standing one have stand
And finally, the instructor compare the result with the actual time that the stopwatch has recorded
A minute for each person
Can be very different

Danny Yung Talk Series – Creative Elements 1: The Body
Body language was probably the first means we ever employed to express ourselves, well before the language of text and sound came into being. Which part of your body are you most familiar with? The most often used part is probably the hand, right? Especially the fingers. How well do you know and understand about your palms and fingers? What is the purpose of doing warm-up exercises? Danny Yung will tell us how we can learn about the space of the theatre by starting with learning about our own body.
